What we keep
Your email address (to sign in with a code), your name, your Handicap Index as you enter it, the rounds you play with your scores, your friends and groups, reactions and the photos you add yourself. If you turn on notifications, we keep a push token for your device.
What we do not keep
Your location. The distance to the green is computed on your phone and never stored or sent. We show no ads and sell nothing to third parties.
Where it lives
Data is stored in a Supabase database in the EU (Stockholm). Course data comes from FlyAway Golf and OpenStreetMap and is stored by us; those parties receive nothing about you. Your phone fetches map images from Mapbox, which (like any web server) sees your IP address, but gets no name or location from us.
Who sees it
Your friends and the players in your round see your name, scores and results. Members of your group see the season table. Nobody else.
Your rights
You can view or correct your data, or delete your account in the app (You → Delete account) or via support@golfgappies.com.
